Types of Coaching I Offer

NLP Coaching:

NLP is the study of how we think and interact with ourselves and others, aiming to use this understanding achieving desired outcomes. An NLP coach helps individuals develop into their ideal selves.

Executive Business/Mental Health Coaching:

Addresses daily workplace navigation, employee relationships, communication, stress management, and time and task management.


Counselling

My approach to counseling is rooted in empathy, connection, and personalized care. I believe that every individual is unique, and so are their experiences. That’s why I take the time to truly understand each client’s personal story, challenges, and goals.
